Raymond was born and raised on a mixed irrigation farm in New South Wales, Australia. He has been a farmer all his life and holds an Advanced Diploma of Agriculture. He was raised in a Christian home but came into a personal relationship with Christ at the age of 33, at a Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International meeting.
Raymond became the Treasurer for 2 years, followed by President for 5 years of The Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International (FGBMFI) because of the impact the meeting had in his life. For the next 3 years Raymond and his wife became leaders in the Marriage Ministry International. In 1995, he planted and pastored a church at a local Aboriginal settlement. After five years he handed this church over to an Indigenous Pastor. In 2001, Raymond was approached by the AOG Church Planting to take over pastoring the Swan Hill AOG church and pastored there for 5 years. In 2006, he and his family moved to Tweed Heads, NSW to be involved with a travelling tent ministry. In 2013, they moved to where they are presently involved in the local ACC church. He is currently serving on the leadership board in this church.
Last year on his trip to Fiji he felt God telling him to train and equip the people of Fiji, to resource the people and teach them who they are in Christ and the authority they have through Him. Prior to going to Fiji, Raymond came across Andrew Wommack Ministries while he was watching Christian TV at home. He was very excited about Andrew’s comprehensive teaching on the Word of God and he wanted it all. He took the Andrew Wommack DVD teaching on Romans, The Balance of Grace & Faith, and the Discipleship Evangelism Study Guide to Fiji.
While in Fiji he has also equipped the church with a photocopier/printer, ink and paper so they can print off the DE lessons and distribute them to the many small villages throughout Fiji. He has worked closely with Ps. Kelevi who is the National Director of Evangelism and Discipleship for the AOG in Fiji. One month later, Raymond and his wife returned to Fiji with Josh, Byron and Leesa. They took over 100 DE level 1 workbooks and 10 Study Guides to resource the people. On a subsequent visit they transported 200 DE Level 2 Workbooks and 20 more Study Guides.
